Katorskay
Okay I'm trying to add a pal parked Pokemon, but I forgot what poke ball they need to be in. do they just get automated into a normal pokebal after you pal park one?
Toffeuy
No, from the game you migrated from, it will stay in the ball it was in. For example, i'm migrating a Dragonite from FireRed which was caught using Safari Ball. After I migrate it to D/P/Pt it is still in the Safari Ball. The 3rd generation trainer releases the Pokemon into the park and your 4th Gen trainer then has to recapture it with a new ball, but it is then put back into the same version of Pokeball it was in before being released? They should have just made the Park Ball the standard ball for keeping the Pokemon in after transfer, or allow you to choose what you wanted them placed in this time around out of your ball pocket in the bag. Slightly off topic, I know, but I felt the need to say that, and its the most logical place... lol
