Sorry this might be a stupid question but is there away for pkhex to save files as a .sav file? I'm currently playing white 2 and the only way I know to get the saves is to use TWLSaveTool and that uses .sav's. If anyone knows any better ways please let me know.

PKHeX saves files with the same extension that you put it in. You can always change the extension manually in Windows Explorer/etc.

File extensions are just a part of the filename, and don't change anything in the underlying data. It's just a hint for the computer to double check the name before reading the contents.
