Trade with yourself NDS

I used to have an emulator for gameboy color where i could trade with myself making it that much easier to obtain certain evolutions and a full pokedex. Im thinking about starting up again but before i start i am wondering if there is a NDS emulator where you can trade with yourself?

If I remember correctly, No$GBA was able to connect and trade.
