Drag the wc6 to the left side of PKHeX, and it'll create the pk file.

Actually, you can drag it to the left side (the one with the fields for editing, as you mentioned), or it can be dragged directly into box.

it should be fine, as Long as you don't import it as wondercard

 

wanna warn you: don't use this with a save file that has game sync or file that is used for online.

last thing you want is for your save to be banned from PGL.

additionally, it's data will be added to your pokedex, so you may never be able to go online (unless you remove it from the dex) until they release the Floette as an event

Well, I don't do PGL, and I only trade non-hacked Pokemon via Wonder Trade and GTS. Should I be OK?
