"An Error Occurred While Attempting To Auto-load Your Save File"

I get this message every time I attempt to open PKHeX or any save files. I tried removing the program as well as the config file in C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\ProjectPokémon and am still getting this error. Please help. Feel free to move this if it isn't in the right area. There was no auto report feature in the program so I figured this was the most appropriate place for it to go.
