PKHex help

To begin sorry if this is in the wrong place please move it if it is so.

So I have been running pkhex fine recently and after starting up my computer today to edit some pokemon and stuff i get an error of it not being able to auto load my save file or load any file I will post the error below. I tried redownloading pkhex again to see if that would fix it but it didn't so if anyone could help me that would be great! Thanks!

Exception Details:
System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path.

Read the error message; you used invalid characters when naming files on the SD card and the operating system can't pass them to the program. You'll have to manually rename them on the SD card.

Even if I haven't renamed anything since my previous use of pkhex? Unless you can spot anything I don't know what is wrong.
