Battle Tree Trainer Scout editing

I've seen screenshots of PKHeX where a Multi Battle window is opened to change the team-up partner, however I could only find the winning streak editor on it. Is it only unlocked after using this battle mode?

I was referring to the trainer itself on the Battle Tree, like Giovanni, Grunt, Dennis, Sina, not just the 3 Pokémon on the Battle Agency party.

Though I remember the window having "PKHeX" on the top, it seems there isn't an way to edit it like that.

Guess I'll have to swing my save between both versions to tag with exclusive characters then, thank you.
