Help with Event Pokemon

Since bank updated to support G/S/C VC i decided to tamper with some PCNY gen 2 event pokemon

i started off by injecting the PCNY meganium  into my pokemon sun and to see if its online usable i tried wonder-trading it 

it worked

 

 

 

then i did the same thing with PCNY entei and lugia but when i tried  wonder-trading them it says "there is a problem with your pokemon"

i really dont understand why this is happening

it even showed the greed tick mark in Pkhex and everything

 

 

 

 

 

the worst part is that the Celebi is not even showing the tick mark so i didn't bother wonder-trading it

 

 

 

here are the pk2 files which i got from RoC's collection

 

244 - Entei {S} {PCNYb} {00612} {GU}.pk2

154 - Meganium {S} {PCNYb} {00137} {GU}.pk2

249 - Lugia {S} {PCNYb} {00033} {GU}.pk2

251 - Celebi {PCNYb} {01045} {GU}.pk2

 

Although i have a hunch that the reason for entei and lugia is that

HA entei was never released
HA Lugia can be only obtained by Dream World/Radar

But i'm still clueless about the celebi

Let me explain you. If you use 171117 Pkhex version, and try to emulate the PokéTransfer process, this will happen:

However, when you use this pk7 file with a newer build of Pkhex (21117 is the one Im using), this happens:

You need to change that to "the Johto region" without the (-). That is fixed in newer builds of the program and they will be fine in the next release. It happened to me and now I can freely trade Lugia, Ho-Oh and the doggos.
