Can you just create new Pokemon?

First off, thanks for the incredible editor. It's truly amazing.

I was wondering if it's possible to create new Pokemon or if you can change one Pokemon into another. Basically looking at "making" all the legendaries and such. Or do you need to do something special to get Pokemon you don't actually have?

you can create anything you want, you can clone data to an empty slot to fabricate a pkm out of thin air

That's awesome. Will make it a lot easier to get all those legendary and event Pokemon.
