[USUM] Will having "illegal" movesets in-game (not online) affect anything?

Hey, guys! Quick question, since I'm not sure how this stuff works... So I've been planning to use the Partner Cap Pikachu (Ash's from the movie event) on my in-game team. I was excited about the Surfing Pikachu we get, but unfortunately it's just a single Pikachu, and not a Move Tutor or anything.

Anyway, I was wondering if I gave my Cap Pikachu the move Surf with PKHex, and didn't use it online or anything, just in-game, would my game react to it at all or cause anything weird to happen? lol I've never tried anything like that with PKHex so I figured I'd ask around. I'm sad we can't just give Surf to other Pikachu. xD

If you weren't planning on playing with it online, you can give any Pokémon any moves and it will work no problems.
