Missing Translations in Legally Checking

When change PkHex's language,  Legally Checking is not translate.

Example PkHex's Spanish Language. Legally Checking is still in English Language.

Nobody has bothered contributing translated legality message data.

PKHeX only has translations for English, Korean, and Chinese.
