(Legality error) Magmar 2014 event

Hello,

I have a legal 2014 event Magmar, which should have the Classic Ribbon, but when checking its legality it says the Ribbon shouldn't be there. I'm certain this is a mistake, as all sites say it should have the Classic Ribbon. See the screenshots:

 

This is a legal Pokémon, but is seen as illegal.
