orbwhisper
I am planing on running a pokemon video game tournament for my local college and I was wondering what kind of format should I run? 2v2, 1v1, caped, uncaped, restricted or unrestricted pokemon...those sort of things. I am thinking of the recent national tournament rules but alas I cant find them...I know 90% of them I think. Anywho thanks for any advice and if this is in the wrong post then sorry...I=newb. Gin
Well, you can use the "standard" rules, 6v6 (1 at a time) sleep clause, Ubers list as banlist, etc.
Illithian
I would reccomend 6 pokemon, level 100, 1v1, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, and Evasion Clause, with the Ubers as a banlist. The VGC world championship has idiotic rules.
orbwhisper
Well the VGC rules I liked except for 2v2 and half of the ubers banned and zapdoes and them legal. I was thinking to speed things up either 2v2, or 1v1 but bring 6 then use either 4 or 3.
