[Legal Checking] Is this normal ?

Hi,

I was using PKhex and I legal-checked a Snorlax coming from Pokémon Red in a Pokémon Moon save.

That Snorlax had Recycle.

PKhex told me it was legal, but Recycle is a Munchlax-only move, am I right ?

Shouldn't this Snorlax be marked illegal then ?

PKHeX does not check legality of Gen1->Gen7 pkm beyond the transfer changes that are made by Pokémon Bank.

In other words, Moves are not checked for 1->7 pkm at this time.
