j3hO6OdJWb Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 When a traded pokemon evolves in a different language, it will have name in the new language, while its "language" shown is still its original language. Can PKHex do this?
Kaphotics Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Type in the name of the species for the other language? You can always change the language selection to have it update to the other language, just copy it from there and change it back..

I just tried this but when I un-check this "Nickname" box it gives back its Japanese name (original language); while the ones I evolved in game all have English name and this box un-checked.
Kaphotics Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 paste the nickname nothing is preventing you from manually entering it.
Guest Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 (The Nickname box gets automatically checked by PKHeX when you manually enter or paste anything other than that Pokémon's name in its selected language.)

(functionality now added to allow behavior) Can still use the batch editor to manually write to slots.
