I seem to be doing everything fine but It still says that it's illegal. The only thing that I could see being the problem is me being the OT but If you catch it on New Moon Island then shouldn't you be the OT anyways?

As for the OT, it is obvious that if you catch it yourself, it has yours. If it makes any difference, PKHex seems to think it's legal, but when inject it using PKSM, it has a big red X on it.
