Requesting Pokemon XD Togetic

I don't know if I have to use a form for this, but I want a valid/legit Pokemon Togetic with Tri Attack.

If it could be Modest nature and with good IVs, it would be better.

I want it in .pkm file.

There was a Togepi in , if that's what you meant.
