Editing Encrypted Pokemon Sun/Moon Data

I'm new on editing pokémon save files business.

I read a lot of information, but I didn't found a way to successful extract my save file and load on PKHeX.

I'm using powersaves and I don't have/want to use homebrew.

Can you tell me where I can find a good encrypor/decryptor for GEN 7 please (with tutorial)?

Not possible; you can only use it with Homebrew/CFW/CyberGadget.

Is PKHeX compatible with Powersaves or Sky3DS?

No. It never will be. Save files must be decrypted in order to load & save, and must be resigned before put back into your cart data.
