I have extracted my sun .sav file to my pc, is it compatible to use with pkhex and then inject to cartridge again?

NO POWERSAVES. Datel does not allow edited save resigning. NO SKY3DS EITHER.

Depends how you extracted it. If it is not one of the listed options, then no. You have to be able to obtain your decrypted save file to use this program. r4i dongle is not compatible.
