Why does it say IVs are hyper trained?

I have some old mons I RNG'd years ago and when I drop the pk4 or pk5 file into my Moon save it says either 1 or 2 IVs are hyper trained, even if the IV is already 31. It only shows this for some pokemon though. Can't figure out why.

The conversion PK6->PK7 is left as placeholder until the official transfer method comes out. The EncounterType byte is now used for Hyper Training flags in Gen7; not changing the converter code until the official method is out.
