Custap Berry

PKHeX currently sees a Custap Berry as legal when it is not. Currently only available through old events and B2W2 rewards

Considered: yes

worth it: maybe

worked on: no

 

same boat as ability checking, it's a black/white yes:no but I'm not interested in implementing hardcoded lists that change at the whim of gamefreak (besides events)
