New Game Plus on Pokemon Y

I already finished my playthrough of Pokemon Y years ago, but I'd like to revisit the story -- beating all the Gym Leaders, confronting the villain boss and such once more. However, if possible I want to keep my current Pokemon, items, customization clothing, OT including all the IDs. Is it possible to pull that off with PKHeX, and if that's the case, which checks or options do I need to go through?

I think the safest way would be to start a new game and edit all the details you want to keep (Pokemon, TID, etc.).  The biggest gotcha is the level of your Pokemon.  Leaving it unchanged would result in your Pokemon either not obeying (if the trainer info doesn't match) or being very OP.
