Change Game from AS to OR

Is there a way to change a save file from AS to OR? I mean, I'm using my save file from AS in OR and all the non-important grunts are from Team Aqua when they are supposed to be from Team Magma, is there a way to fix this using PKHeX?

There's multiple ways to fix it:

Document all the event flags that differ between versions and apply those changes to rectify your save

Not swap a save file to another game

Can I do all of that via the basic interface of PKHeX? What about all the trainers I defeated?

Yes, those are event flags.

The underlying point of my first reply is that it is incredibly laborious for someone to figure out the differences between two versions. Time spent vs actual benefit isn't worth it.

There are public save files for both versions posted on the internet; either use one for your correct version or just restart your game.
