I'm pretty sure it's a bug since i'm 99.99% certain that i bred these Pokemon legally within the game [ATTACH=CONFIG]13897[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]13898[/ATTACH] Additionally, i can't seem to make the USA event Volcanion legal. However i may have screwed up somewhere since this is a hacked mon i created.
