How do I extract WC6full WonderCards from RAM with a 11+ firmware?

I'm trying to understand how to use the WC6full wondercard format. I'd like to know how to extract wc6full cards from my 3DS with firmware 11.1+ if that's possible. I'm also curious how can a wc6full wondercard be edited? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you don't have CFW or NTR access, you won't be able to extract WC6full files,

as it can only be extracted from RAM (not from save).

Also we primarily don't edit WC6full files.

I do have a device with CFW. Arm9LoaderHaxx and Luma. Would that be sufficient to grab a WC6full?
