Possible to generate ORAS save file that has reached post game?

Hi there. Let me first start with a great big thank-you for developing and releasing pkhex. It is incredibly powerful and easy to use, and as a competive player it is a boon when correcting Pokemon (mons with the wrong nature, IV or without egg moves) and is especially invaluable at generating tournament legal mons without needing to invest hours to create a team I have already tested and tweaked for hours on simulators. For honest, competitive players, pkhex is empowering and makes the transition from sim to cart manageable. Thank you.

Now I have just one question. As a player who isn't interested in the game's story, I would like to edit a save file to skip ahead to post game. That means I want to have the mega ring, complete the rayquaza and Groudon/kyogre event and access to post game content without having to sit through hours of a mundane story.

I have tried finding and using the save files of others I have found on the Internet. However, these files are typically registered (on Pokemon GL) to players who abuse the game and have who been banned, likely for generating impossible Pokemon or otherwise taking advantage of players without access to pokemon editing.

So I must generate my own. Can pkhex help me?

I assume that I would be able to skip ahead by checking off game event flags, but I don't see any flags for having beaten the elite four, having access to the mega ring and so on. Could someone explain flags more clearly?

Also, is it known how a game sync id is generated? Is it based off trainer and hidden numbers?

Thank you again for this software.

Obtain a clean Game Sync ID

Apply Game Sync ID to a completed save file

Update completed save file with OT/ID/etc info

Game Sync ID is generated by Nintendo's servers as a unique ID (beyond OT/ID) when you register online.

Thank you for answering.

I assume you obtain a clean ID by simply starting a new file and hitting the game sync button.

How do you apple that to a save file? Is there a feature in pkhex for this somewhere?

Is it important that the OT, ID and all the rest match the save file that generated the game sync id?

Thank you for your help!
