Will PKHeX still work with the new system update?

I am not sure if I posted in the right thread, but is it safe to update the DS system and still have PKHeX work? I know I can just update once someone confirms this, but my boxes are full and I need to send some of my pokes to the Pokemon Bank. Unfortunately, you have to update before you can use it. I just learned how to use PKHeX for my new 3DSXL unit when a lot of people said it was impossible to do it, and I proved them wrong. I don't want to stop using it because of the update. :-(

PKHeX is just a PC software, it will always work. You have to check if your exploits are compatible with the latest 3ds FW.

So don't do it, try to install Emunand and upgrade it.
