I am the one who contributed the wondercard, using a private method that allows me to extract the wondercard directly from their servers. The wondercard was actually programmed with OT memory, hence why there's OT memory. So it is not a bug, nor is it a bad wondercard. Thanks for bringing this up, I would not have noticed otherwise.
