Looking 2 IV-Legendarys

Hey,

I can not use PkHex anymore and need your help to create a competetive Groudon and Kyurem for fungames in VGC-mode.

Because you can create shinys, CP-Ready and Eventmons anyway I can't offe you anything intresting.

I would share my shiny Machamp-Event from the Pokemon Nationals Germany with you (after getting it next Saturday).

I promise that i will not use them for any tournerments.

Well, it's okay if it's only for personal use.

Also, I don't think 2IV legendaries can exist (legal) because the games generate them as minimally 3 perfect IVS.

The alternative is to import these pokemon from lower generations, as there wasn't the 3IV clause then

I meant 2 legendary Pokemon with perfect (or almost perfect) IV's^^
