YuzuruHitokiri Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 The HDD is used primarily to ease loading times, as HottSushiz mentioned, the games get quite large (I'm looking at YOU, Kojima!), and it takes less time to load from the HDD than a BD. Some titles I have that do that are pretty fast even though some are large. Other uses for a massive HDD is music, picture, and video storage and DLC installation... ... I just realized that I only have 20 or so GB's left even though I only have a dozen or so games... An external 2 TB hard drive is looking sexier by the second...
