Transfer Save/Pokemon to other cartridge

I have a save backup(Made it on powersave) of my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire(EU)'s old save, and the original cartridge got stolen, i'd like to transfer this save data to another AS cartridge, or transfer my pokemon, or at least get the data of my pokemon from the save's backup to recreate them and send them to a new save file.

I saw in the forum that transfering a save file without the original cartridge is probably impossible. So id like at least to see if the other options are, because i dont want to lose my pokemon.

Powersaves backups are just rips from the cart, as encrypted data. The only way to decrypt that is with the original cart. Do you have any battle videos saved? You can always extract pkm out with homebrew/KeySAV2, and insert them to your new game.
