Help moving Moving Gen 3 straight to Gen 5

I'm planning RNGing all the Gen 3 legendary thru emulation, and was wondering what would be the best method for transferring them straight to a Gen 5 cartridge. I'd like to get them to my copy of X thru PokeBank.

Alternatively, just use homebrew and directly go 3->6 with PKHeX.

Would I have to use something like powersaves if I got straight to gen 6? Reason I'm asking is, I have a AR that can rip the Gen5 Save via wifi, but I don't have anything for my 3DS.

Homebrew and svdt allow you to edit saves.
