Lugiamaster Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Hi guys, here I am with another pkm-related question How does the ratio of critical hits work? According to Bulbapedia the highest ratio is 50%
COBHC Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 well maybe but you can make it to more % with abilities of pokemon i can´t remember now but there are two that doubles side effects one is serenace grace or sth like that
HottSushiz Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Um i believe the highest is like 60%. Isn't a flinch inducing move 30%, plus serene grace that doubles it.

Serene grace effects critical hits? I thought serene grace double add on effect that moves have Sure your not thinking of super luck?
FLOOTENKERP Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 He's giving an example that ration can be increased by an ability. The ability to flinch with the move Iron Head is 30% can be doubled with the ability Serene Grace, so critical hits might also have a way to increase ration by either ability/item.

Nope Screne Grace does NOT increase critical hit rates. The only things that increase the Critical hits are Items, and moves with high critical hit rates. But thats a diffrent story for R/B/Y, in R/B/Y it was how fast you were, such as Electrode being the fastest Pokemon in R/B/Y had a 27.45% chance of a critical hit.
