It is possible to edit a savefile using an emuNAND system (there is a thread somewhere on GBAtemp) but it's not possible to edit RAM, as PRW uses dynamic RAM adresses for the values it stores (meaning we can't write a script which modifies a value as we don't know where it's stored)

but , can i transfer the same to an emunand system then return it to sysnand 3DS ?

No, I don't think it's possible to transfer a save from an emuNAND 3ds to a sysNAND 3DS. Otherwise we would be able to inject the save directly into the sysNAND 3DS^^
