The injection via PKHeX always works on the 9.8.0-25th patch / On New 3DS?

I have 2 DS. One 3DS XL and one New 3DS XL. My 3DS XL having updated alone, PKHeX does not walk(work) any more. The injection fails. Would have you a patch or a new working version?
