Does QR Injection, PCEdit, RAM2sav (PkHex) work on 9.4.0-21E?

Hey guys,

I'm about to buy a 3DS XL with the Firmware 9.4.0-21E and I'm not really sure whether it works with it or not.

I know the Sticky Thread says anything from 9.0-9.5.0-22E works but on another forum I heard someone saying he had trouble

using the qr injection with 9.4.0-21E. Not sure if he just messed something up tho...

And before spending a lot of money on this 3DS XL, I wanted to ask someone who might have this FW or who knows it for sure.

Yes.

Firmwares 9.0.0-20 thru 9.5.0-22 afaik
