I have my 3ds, OR, power saver; how to pokegen?

You can't, Datel doesn't allow save resigning if you manually edit them. You can pretty much edit all useful things with PS itself as long as you have a legal base pokémon. Spawning them doesn't work because they won't be tradeable.
