To check PP pokes, you don't have to. They have admitted before to making them with pokesav, and have been caught numerous times. It's the same thing, they're all hacked. Is why they only guarantee they appear legal now instead of legitimate.

Pls verify!

It is and it isn't. There is a Forum for requesting Pokesav'd Pokemon. All of our event pokemon here are all Legal. If anyone tells you that our Event Pokemon on the main site are hacked, They are lying.

I was digging around looking for where on the site the legitimacy vs legality definitions were, but I couldn't find them, so I'll just explain:

When something is legit, it was done in the game, without the help of any third party hardware/software.

When something is legal, it was likely created using something like PPSE, however everything about it is possible within the constraints of the game, and there is a possibility of obtaining the same results via legit methods.

By the way, relying on GameFAQs boards to give you the most reliable information is probably akin to shooting yourself in the foot.

I posted in that topic I believe. He was refering to PP's 10 Aniv set.

Are they made in Sav? I believe that was already answered.

It seems that the person who made that thread has no idea what legal and legit are. Legal and legit have no difference, and if they were indeed hacks they would be addressed as hacks. Legal does not apply to hacks because hacks are not legal. Legality doesn't only mean it was handmade, it also means if you didn't get it legitimately but the Pokemon or in this case, event does not differ in any way from a legitimate one. If I download the event from the site, the event is real and Nintendo would know the event is fine, but I didn't get it legitimately but legally, thus legal.

neodraven is right events are legit

Legal, the events here are legal.
