RustInPeace Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Are your games and Bank upgraded? The only way to go online is to have the latest patches, which requires an updated 3DS.

Favna Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Bank does indeed require updating the firmware. Sadly. Especially because if you don't renew your license Nintendo holds the right to clear it out. The game itself however should not require a firmware update (for now)
