answered randomized oras help

Hello, so I've never done a rom hack, but I would like to try to get a randomizer for oras. If someone could help me out with this from what software I'll need to how to do it. Please and thank you!

first you'll need a rom a gateway and a 4.5 3ds or a 9.2 3ds ( for the 9.2 its a different way to obtain some files you'll need)
