Deets Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 I have recently learned that the system requirements to use a a 'Gateway 3DS' is 9.2 and bellow. Here is the question: If I were to buy a new (not the 'New 3DS') 3DS, what firmware would it have? Would it have something bellow 9.3? I would be super grateful if someone could tell me. Cstylzzz Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 yes i believe so but it depends on what version you buy (special editions etc) but iirc the highest firmware sold on a new 3ds was 8.x (not 100% sure) (by new 3ds i mean a normal 3ds not the new version)
