Met date for Latios doesn't matter, it will be the date it was transferred. Also TID can't be above 65535, at least when using PKHex. Meloetta's SID is 0. Everything else is doable.

I apologize for the nickname problem. Haven't played any games before X and Y and I remembered that the software existed before gen IV, naming pokemon for only ten lettters. Just name it "FOG YOU!" on my latios if you need a short name for it. I sincerely thank you for your help. I almost forced myself to buy that Diamond game just because I only want to learn a move to my empoleon with crap IV's. Is there a reward mechanic to give you? or I will give away my rare pokemon from trades? Before I leave, The ID doesn't matter. It is just numbers that I randomly put. If there are any flaws, just fix it by yourself if possible.

The game is in Alpha Sapphire if you want to know where I trade most of my pokemon. My offer for you is my shiny Deoxys with a Gentle nature and max IV's in Atk, SpAtk and Spd.
