Making a Legal Mew?

Ever since I found out about injecting data into the Gen VI games through the 3DS Web Browser exploit games, I've been using it to inject my favorite Pokemon, which sadly happens to be the most elusive to catch legitimately, Mew. I have a Mew I made through PKHeX, but I'd like some help taking a look at it to see if it's legal, and if not, how I could make it legal.

Now, one purpose of this is to make a team of online battle-ready yet legal Pokemon with the Mew at its head, but I realize that this may qualify as cheating and thus not endorsed by the site, thus I'll be happy with just using the team for the Battle Maison. But I also want the Mew just to say I have one and play with it in Pokemon-Amie.

Relearn moves are egg/event moves, so Mew shouldn't have any of those based on it coming from Emerald.

Ok, I got rid of the relearn moves, and the reason it comes from Emerald is because I am trying to make it look like it was caught on Faraway Island and then transferred to Pokemon X, as Faraway Island is the only place that Mew can be actually caught instead of acquired through an Event.

I have 3 that came from Emerald, genned a long time before using PKHex, and they all made it through Pokemon Bank. Neither were Shiny, but it's possible to catch a Shiny Mew in Faraway Island, the met location and everything is identical. It might help to remake the Mew from scratch. I had a problem recently where I made a Roggenrola over a Pichu, despite removing its relearn moves and Pichu moveset, it still came up as illegal to trade. When I made one from scratch, it was trade-able.

Ok, I'll do that, although this Mew was made from scratch as well, and I just gave it relearn moves based on what the Pokedex said would be legit moves. I'll make another one from scratch, though, though I won't be able to use Pokemon Bank as I have no way of paying for it.
