Orange box appearing on Egg Location

I imported a Manaphy.pkm hatched in Platinum directly into PKHeX and when I was editing it, I stumbled upon this:

Was that box/rectangle was supposed to appear? Because I was expecting something like "Sinnoh" or "Faraway Place" instead of that. The same happenned to my Phione; both of them were hatched in Seabreak Path. If that box shouldn't appear, then what should I do? By the way, I was using the latest version (which I believe is 01-28-15b)
