when i go to save a pokemon encripted file (ekx) it automatically saves it as an ek6 file instead of a ekx file and everytime i go to exploit i get a "bad egg"

things i have tried:

-made the pokemon have a leagle move set

-cleared cookies on 3ds

-hatch the egg (didnt work)

-remake multiple pokemon

please help fix this problem as soon as possible
