What's the difference between Save Editor and Save Editor 2?

I'm looking at Cyber Gadget Save Editors on eBay now, and most of them are called Save Editor 2, and a few don't have the number 2 in them. What's the difference?

Same stuffs, just the save editor 2 come with an updated software CD, which you can download on their webpage instead.
