How tom make a legit Pokemon Event?

Hi there,

i wanna make a legit pokemon event from the Ruby Anniversary Groudon (Link). But when i make the pokemon with pokegen an check the .pkmn fiel afterwards with legal.exe, there comes "Hacked or unknown Pokemon". Can someone pls help me and post what is wrong with the file. I have attached the .pkmn file. Thanks in advance.

Legal.exe is outdated. (And Pokecheck is still down for maintenance.)

As long as you got the Pokémon from the wondercard, it's legal.
