colosseum Shiny Espeon & Umbreon?

i've been asking on quite a few sites to try and find out whether umbreon and espeon can be shiny through SRing (and got a lot of mixed answers); i already know eevee in xd can be shiny but i'd rather try in colosseum.

Nope. They also cannot be female, as Nintendo wanted to prevent the breeding back then.
