Problems with creating Shedinja

Hello every one. i am having problems making a legitimate Shedinja. i have made about 10 attempts and just about given up hope. i have managed to make a legitimate team before but i am not satisfied with one of the members so i decided to make a Shedinja since he is one of my favorite pokemon and very diverse. it does not show up when i try to transfer it to pokemon bank. i previously thought i might had something but it didn't work and now I'm stuck. :frown:
