Pokemon Black 2/White 2 World Tournament- Abilities change randomly

Hello I'm making a World Tournament hack to include improved versions of the Twitch Plays Pokemon characters and their Pokemon. So far with the Download Tournament it's going smoothly, but with one trainer, I decided to beef up her Pokemon by giving them abilities and movesets they normally don't have. The moves are there, but the abilities change to their natural ones. For example I wanted to give Slaking Huge Power, instead it remained as Truant, as shown in this screenshot.

The movesets still remain as Altaria is shown using Aeroblast in this video.

I thought the Altaria would have Multiscale like how I gave it due to how little damage it took from super effective moves but I guess not.

Does anyone have a solution so that these Pokemon will be forced to have the abilities that I gave them that doesn't affect other Pokemon in-game?

PWT requires the "set ability" to be one of its natural abilities; for Download Tournaments you can't change the natural abilities.

You can always try hacking the ROM to make that Pokemon have one of those hacked abilities naturally.

So I can change or add Hidden abilities to the Pokemon if it already has two abilities already right? And that would make the Pokemon have that ability?

Also what tool would I use? Is there something like PPRE for 5th gen Pokemon Games? Sorry I'm new to 5th gen related things when it comes to things that aren't sprite replacements

One last question about Download Tournament editor. Can I make 7-8 trainers at once and have them all in one tournament (Like the in game tournaments) or do I have to have a maximum of 4 and the rest have to be generated from the ROM? I'd like to include more than 4 trainers in the tournament.

The rest (8 trainers) aren't generated at all; you are only given opponents from the 4 in the Download Tournament file.

(2 first rounders being 3rd/4th place -- you get a random one of these, followed by the 2nd place player in the semis, followed by the first place player in the finals)

So I can't have a 5th trainer because of the way Download Tournaments are structured?

Correct, there is only space for 4 custom trainers; if you set the custom trainers to ensure they face you on a given round, you'll never face the 5-8 trainers.
